- Qualified submissions are produced solely edifying quality and value.
- Film maker must submit a trailer not to exceed 10 minutes in length as digital upload.
- A promotional sizzle reel not to exceed 1 minute in length as digital upload.
- A full-length motion picture not less than 60 minutes in length and not to exceed 120
- minutes in length as digital upload.
ENTRY FEES*
Payment in US dollars may be made online or by check or money order. Checks or money orders (from a US bank in US Dollars only) should be made payable to “International Film Festivals”. The film title must be clearly printed on all checks/money orders. Do not send cash.
Trailer Submission Fee: $65
Trailers must not exceed 10 minutes in running time.By submitting a trailer, it does not require a feature length entry.
All entries will be qualified for submission and producer will be notified for festival entry.
Entry not qualified for festival entry will be featured for an honorable viewing.
Promotional Sizzle Reel Entry Fee: $50
A promotional sizzle reel not to exceed 1 minute in length. By submitting a sizzlereel, it does not require a feature length entry. All e ries will be qualified for submission and producer will be notified for festival entry.Entry not qualified for festival entry will be featured for an honorable viewing.

The submission fee includes 2 showcase Festival Theater tickets, accommodations for 2 (2 Rms.), banquet dinner for 2 and 2 Media Passes.
SUBMISSION MATERIALS (ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE MADE THROUGH SPOTE.COM)
- Completed submission form, submitted electronically on via SpotETV.com.
- Preview downloads for feature-length films (50 min. or more), submit two downloads.
For short films (under 50 min.) or music videos, submit one download. - Entry fee payment
All submission materials must be delivered together in one package. If completing your
submission form online, do not deliver your submission materials until you have completed your
online entry and be sure that your online entry number is printed clearly on all materials.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Feature films, short films, and music videos must have been completed after Jan 1, 2022
- Feature films must not have had any public or festival screenings.
- Feature films and short films must not have had any commercial theatrical or television
play. Features films must not have been broadcast on the internet. - For feature films, especially American films without USA distribution, world and USA
premieres are not required but are strongly preferred, and premiere status will be one of
the factors considered when determining a film’s inclusion in the Festival. For short films
and music videos, premiere status is not a factor in the selection process. - Feature films and short films in a language other than English must be subtitled in
English for Festival presentation. - Music videos must have a running time of less than 10 minutes.
- For submission purposes, digital screeners may be of works-in-progress, films with
temporary soundtracks, or digital outputs. - Filmmakers must deliver final format (as indicated) for Festival screenings. No
exceptions will be permitted.
FESTIVAL PRIZES
IFF Selected features, the winners of which are chosen by special juries. In all categories,
awards are given along with added prize money, (select awards) guarantee distribution and
promotion, and future opportunity options.
Most features and shorts are eligible for a prestige Audience Award, which are chosen based on
ballots submitted by Festival audiences.
International Film Festivals is a qualifying festival in all categories for Independent Film Awards
and is also a qualifying festival for the Narrative and Animated Short Film categories.
SCREENING REQUIREMENTS
If your film or music video is selected for exhibition, please be advised that the Festival will
require:
- Digital files for features and shorts.
- Press kits with photo stills (color and black & white)
- Headshots of Director(s) and Writer(s)
- Biographies of Director(s) and Writer(s)
- Film trailers, clip reels, posters, postcards, and EPKs, if available.
LABELING
For all submissions, include the English language title and the running time on the entry itself.
If submitting a work-in-progress, indicate the elements that are incomplete.
MULTIPLE ENTRIES
You may submit more than one film or music video, but each one must be on a separate entry
form and must be accompanied by its own completed submission form and entry fee.
SHIPPING
All costs for uploading submission materials are the responsibility of the sender. You may ship a
DVD in a protective envelope. The Festival recommends bubble-pack envelopes over fiber-pack
envelopes as the fiber type can lead to damaged DVDs. The Festival is not responsible for

Screening Rules
Entries are accepted in two formats: Download and DVD. As of 2010 we will no longer accept
VHS
Please note: We do not accept Blu-Ray discs.
DVD Screening
DVDs must be labeled with film title, filmmaker name, phone & email. Please place DVDs in a
paper slip case/envelope, no hard plastic cases of any kind please.

Selected Films
The festival program will be announced in early March 2023. All submitting filmmakers will be
notified at that time by the email provided at the time of submission. Please make sure to add
“[email protected]” to your email address book to ensure receipt of notification.
If your film is selected for the festival program, you must provide an exhibition copy (Digital
File) by March 2023 unless otherwise informed.
Terms & Conditions
The following will apply if my film/video is selected:
• Film/video will be screened during the International Film Festivals event and will be
eligible to win a filmmaker award.
• Film/video will be shipped (at filmmaker’s expense) in one of the exhibition formats
specified above by Submission Entry Deadline chosen.
• Film/video may be utilized for promotional purposes of the festival, limited to private
screenings and preview-only copies for press and supporters.
• A sample clip of film/video (up to 30 seconds in length) may be promoted via the IFF
web site and IFF YouTube Nonprofit channel, unless otherwise arranged with the IFF.
• Produce must permit the IFF to use name and stills from film/video (at least one print-
quality version provided upon request) for promotional purposes.
The following will apply for all film/video submissions:
• The IFF retains the right to archive the submitted DVD screener copy of film/video in
physical and/or digital format solely for historical and research purposes, restricted to
private viewings, and will not publicly screen it without permission.
• The IFF will not return any submitted DVD screeners.
